Nevertheless, what seems increasingly clear is that, independently of the institutional organisation of public bodies throughout the territory, the competitive logic underpinning our current social and economic structures is based on knowledge flows and on the development of innovative and creative products and processes, including governance processes that stem from the collaboration between private and public actors.…”
