Gold nanorod-based fluorometric ELISA for the sensitive detection of a cancer biomarker

Abstract: A gold nanorod-based fluorometric immunoassay (nanoELIFA) displayed ∼3.5-fold higher sensitivity (amplified signal) when compared to conventional ELIFA.
