Microalgae have emerged as a promising source of renewable energy and natural bioproducts since they show high biomass productivity, offer carbon dioxide fixation, and exhibit a rich content of compounds. Recent efforts have focused on green extraction technologies that utilize green solvents to further promote sustainability and minimize the environmental impact of the microalgal process. At this point, life cycle analysis (LCA) provides valuable insights into the environmental impacts of specific products and techniques. A comprehensive overview of the life cycle environmental and energy assessments conducted for the extraction of metabolites from microalgae is presented. Special attention is given to using green extraction technologies, i.e., supercritical fluid extraction, pressurized liquid extraction, microwave‐assisted extraction, ultrasound‐assisted extraction, and pulsed‐electric field extraction, and solvents to ensure sustainability. Additionally, the main principles, historical development, tools, and challenges of LCA are discussed. By addressing these aspects, the paper attracts attention to the environmental impacts associated with green extraction techniques for obtaining microalgal metabolites.

Este artigo tem como objetivo compreender como as relações de poder-saber e os regimes de verdade que transitam na Base Nacional Comum Curricular sobre a Educação Infantil e no Projeto Político Pedagógico de uma escola infantil pública constituem as subjetividades das crianças. A escola está localizada em uma cidade da região metropolitana do estado de São Paulo e atende crianças de seis meses a cinco anos e onze meses de idade. O referencial teórico está pautado em Michel Foucault, Gilles Deleuze e Félix Guattari, com contribuições de outros autores destas mesmas abordagens. A discussão é iniciada a partir da análise discursiva de ambos os documentos e sugere a sintetização das experiências infantis a uma política reducionista, cujos objetivos a serem atingidos se relacionam a etapas pré-definidas que se pretendem homogeneizar para a educação e para o currículo. A partir deste estudo, na perspectiva da educação maior, é possível observar um governamento sobre a infância, que, no entanto, é naturalmente neutralizado pela ação dos meninos e meninas, por suas vivências e experiências. A educação menor, como ato de resistência, no âmbito de uma micropolítica da sala de aula é o que nos possibilita enxergar as brechas e percorrer caminhos outros, capazes de exercer efeito sobre as ações macro da sociedade.
