GMPLS adaptive level of recovery

Abstract: In the ever increasing Quality of Service competition, the sudden nature of failure compels network operators to invest capital (CAPEX) and operational (OPEX) expenditures in the fault-management tasks. Considering the GMPLS protocol, the recovery strategy is a tradeoff between resource consumption and availability.
