Abstract:A novel mycelium-forming actinomycete, designated strain NEAU-S30T, was isolated from the sandy soil of a sea beach in Shouguang city, Shandong province, PR China. The strain developed long chains of non-motile cylindrical spores with smooth surfaces on aerial mycelia.
