Abstract: Glycogenic hepatopathy (GH) refers to a relatively rare complication of diabetes mellitus (DM) type 1 which constitutes of reversible accumulation of excess hepatic glycogen, usually manifesting in the form of liver enzyme elevation along with hepatomegaly.
