Abstract: SUMMARYIntroduction: Parkinson's disease (PD) is a neurological disorder associated with the selective loss of dopaminergic (DAergic) neurons. Clinical data suggest that oxidative stress (OS) and dysregulation of glucose (G) metabolism are early events in PD.
