Using inhibitors to differentiate between MAPK and JAK/STAT6 pathways, and STAT6‐deficient (STAT6 −/− ) mice, we found that IL‐13‐dependent dysregulation of ENaC relied on both MAPK (p38) and STAT6 signalling.…”
