Glucagon-Like Peptide-1 Receptor Activation Stimulates PKA-Mediated Phosphorylation of Raptor and this Contributes to the Weight Loss Effect of Liraglutide

Abstract: ObjectiveGlucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1) receptor (GLP-1R) agonists are approved for obesity management, yet surprisingly little is known about the signaling mechanisms mediating GLP-1R agonist-induced anorexia and weight loss.
