Glomus tympanicum – clinical characteristics and surgical management

Abstract: Objective: The aim was to determine the clinical characteristics and analysis of surgical treatment of patients with glomus tympanicum hospitalized in the Department of Otolaryngology of Warsaw Medical University. Material and methods: Between 2000 and 2015, 27 patients were hospitalized. Age ranged 28–79 years old. The study analyzed data from the clinical examination and the type of surgical technique.
