Global Mittag-Leffler Synchronization of Fractional-Order Neural Networks With Time-Varying Delay via Hybrid Sliding Mode Control

Abstract: In this paper, the global Mittag-Leffler synchronization (GMLS) for fractional-order neural networks with time-varying delay (FNNTVD) is studied based on hybrid sliding mode control (HSMC).
