Global DNA methylation in the mouse liver is affected by methyl deficiency and arsenic in a sex-dependent manner

Abstract: Arsenic, a carcinogen, is assumed to induce global DNA hypomethylation by consuming the universal methyl donor S-adenosylmethionine (SAM) in the body.
