“…The political transformation of 1990s and the socio‐economic changes related to it (market‐oriented growth) influenced, among others: the development of the house building sector and the realisation of individual needs of citizens, which had previously been repressed (Schneider‐Sliwa ; Leetmaa et al ; Kubeš ).
