Abstract: The development of inorganic antibacterial agents that impart antibacterial properties to biomaterials has attracted widely attention. The paper introduced a kind of hybrid nanosphere antibacterial agent composed of wheat gliadin (WG) and zinc oxide (ZnO), with antibacterial effecacy and low toxicity.
