Glass and metallurgical wastes in facing ceramics production

Abstract: Purpose: The aim of this work is facing ceramic brick production using glass and metallurgical wastes. Methodology: Compressive strength, density, water absorption testing. Findings: The facing ceramic specimens are obtained at a 1050 °C baking temperature by using a mixture consisting of 40 % clay and 60 % broken glass.
