Abstract: The potent and long acting D-1 receptor agonist, A-77636 reverses motor deficits in MPTP treated common marmosets following subcutaneous or oral administration. We now explore the effects of acute versus repeated administration of A-77636 and the relative roles of D-1 and D-2 receptor involvement in its antiparkinsonian actions. Acute oral administration (0.18-9.0 mg/kg) or subcutaneous administration (0.036-1.08 mg/kg) of A-77636 produced well co-ordinated bouts of discontinuous locomotor activity. There was … Show more

“…The galaxies were selected from multi-colour SDSS imaging (Fukugita et al 1996;Gunn et al 1998;Smith et al 2002;Gunn et al 2006;Doi et al 2010) focussing on the redshift range of 0.15 z 0.70. The galaxy survey used two primary target algorithms, selecting samples called LOWZ, with 361 762 galaxies in the final data release DR12 (Alam et al 2015a) between 0.15 z 0.43 and CMASS, with 777 202 galaxies in DR12 between 0.43 z 0.70.…”

“…The basis of the photometric calibration of the SDSS is defined by the 158 primary standards measured by the USNO 40-inches telescope (Smith et al 2002), which however has filters with different effective wavelengths than those of the SDSS 2.5m survey telescope 10 . The latter defines the unprimed ugriz system for which photometry has been published from SDSS DR1 onward, and for which we provide synthetic colours in this work.…”

“…degrees of sky obtained using a 2.5 m telescope at Apache Point Observatory (York et al 2000;Gunn et al 2006;Alam et al 2015). A series of publications outlines the technical details of SDSS instrumentation (Fukugita et al 1996;Smith et al 2002;Doi et al 2010;Smee et al 2013) and the data processing pipelines (Lupton et al 2001;Pier et al 2003;Padmanabhan et al 2008;Bolton et al 2012;Weaver et al 2015). We perform our analysis on the CMASS sample of BOSS galaxies, which is defined via colour and magnitude cuts as in Eisenstein et al (2011), Dawson et al (2013), and Reid et al (2015).…”
