Gitelman′s syndrome with panhypopituitarism: Reno-endocrine interplay

Abstract: Gitelman's syndrome is an inherited tubulopathy affecting thiazide-sensitive sodium chloride cotransporter, which manifests with hypokalemic alkalosis, hypomagnesemia, and hypocalciuria.
