Disaster recovery sites are an important mechanism in continuous IT system operations. Such mechanisms can sustain IT availability and reduce business losses during natural or human-made disasters. Concerning the cost and risk aspects, the IT disaster-recovery site selection problems are multi-criterion decision making (MCDM) problems in nature. For such problems, the decision aspects include the availability of the service, recovery time requirements, service performance, and more. The importance and complexities of IT disaster recovery sites increases with advances in IT and the categories of possible disasters. The modern IT disaster recovery site selection process requires further investigation. However, very few researchers tried to study related issues during past years based on the authors' extremely limited knowledge. Thus, this paper aims to derive the aspects and criteria for evaluating and selecting a modern IT disaster recovery site. A hybrid MCDM framework consisting of the Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) and the Analytic Network Process (ANP) will be proposed to construct the complex influence relations between aspects as well as criteria and further, derive weight associated with each aspect and criteria. The criteria with higher weight can be used for evaluating and selecting the most suitable IT disaster recovery sites. In the OPEN ACCESSSustainability 2015, 7 6150 future, the proposed analytic framework can be used for evaluating and selecting a disaster recovery site for data centers by public institutes or private firms.

The tourism sector is a complex multidimensional sector, which has an influence over the interrelation of other sectors in tourism activities and now the tourism sector is concerned by the government. Every tourist who will visit the tourist sites must have some consideration. The fact that today is happening is a lot of tourists who are disappointed because the destination is not in accordance with what they want. Seeing that the media campaign that is currently done is still not efficient, so Auto Recommendation System is needed which is capable to do visualized in digital mapping, and the system built can show the automatic recommendation of tourist destinations in accordance with the wishes of tourists. Auto Recommendation System is a system that implements Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The results of this research factors other than the value of weight given by tourists, is the value factor owned by each alternative for each criteria, because the higher the value owned by the higher the higher the value of the final ranking obtained by the alternative. The end result of the SAW method is in the form of alternative ranking of existing tourism objects. Based on the results of these rankings the system also produces output in the form of location maps along with detailed information of the tourism object. Religious tourism Sunan Kudus and Sunan Muria became the recommended tourist attraction with first and second priority.Keywords: Tourist attraction; Promotion media; Auto recommendation; Simple additive weighting AbstrakSektor pariwisata merupakan sektor multidimensi yang kompleks, dimana memiliki pengaruh atas keterkaitan sektor lain dalam kegiatan kepariwisataan dan sekarang ini sektor pariwisata menjadi perhatian oleh pemerintah. Setiap wisatawan yang akan berkunjung ke lokasi wisata pasti memiliki beberapa pertimbangan. Kenyataan yang sekarang ini terjadi adalah banyak wisatawan yang kecewa karena destinasi wisata yang dituju tidak sesuai dengan apa yang mereka inginkan. Melihat hal tersebut media promosi yang sekarang ini dilakukan dirasa masih belum efisien, maka perlu adanya Sistem Auto Recommendation yang mampu memvisualisasikan dalam pemetaan digital, sehingga sistem yang dibangun bisa menunjukkan rekomendasi otomatis tujuan wisata sesuai dengan keinginan wisatawan. Sistem Auto Recommendation merupakan sistem yang mengimplementasikan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Hasil dari penelitian ini faktor selain nilai bobot yang diberikan oleh wisatawan, adalah factor nilai yang dimiliki setiap alternatif untuk masing-masing kriteria, karena semakin tinggi nilai yang dimiliki oleh alternatif semakin tinggi pula nilai akhir ranking yang didapatkan oleh alternatif tersebut. Spatial Multi-Criteria Decision Making for Delineating Agricultural Land in Jakarta Metropolitan Area’s Hinterland: Case Study of Bogor Regency, West Java

The hinterland of Jakarta has experienced high pressure in its land utilization due to Jakarta's rapid development. The objective of this research was to analyse the suitable land available for agriculture. The research was conducted in Bogor, a hinterland regency of Jakarta. The methodology used includes two steps of analysis, which are land suitability and land availability analysis. Land suitability for agriculture was analysed using multi-criteria decision making method. Seven (7) criteria were included, which consist of soil class, land capability class, slope, elevation, slope aspect, land use/land cover and distance to roads. The criteria were weighted using the Analytical Hierarchy Process. Combining criteria weights and sub-criteria scores, an overlay model in Geographic Information System was applied. The result from land suitability analysis was used as a feed for determining land availability, considering the forest area status and land allocation in the official spatial land use plan. The results indicate that an area amounting to 87.5% of Bogor Regency is suitable for agriculture. Land which is suitable and available for agriculture is 16.7% of the regency's area. Considering available land which is currently in use, the area that can be allocated for the expansion of agriculture is 3.3%.
