Ginsenoside‐Rd improves outcome of acute ischaemic stroke – a randomized, double‐blind, placebo‐controlled, multicenter trial

Abstract: Ginsenoside-Rd improved the primary outcome of acute ischaemic stroke and had an acceptable adverse-event profile.
