Giant Zenker’s Diverticula

Abstract: Zenker's Diverticula (ZD) is one of the most common diverticula of the gastrointestinal tract and mostly seen in the elderly population. The reported incidence in the general population ranges 0.01-0.11%. This is basically a false and pulsion diverticula having only mucosal and submucosal layers.
