Giant variant of acquired perforating dermatosis in a patient with diabetes mellitus

Abstract: Perforan dermatozlar, kollajen, elastin, fibrin gibi dermal bileşenlerin transepidermal eliminasyonu ile karakterize bir grup hastalıktır.
