Giant pseudopolyps complicating Crohn's colitis

Abstract: lnt roductionGiant pseudopolyps resembling neoplasms arid obstriicting the colon are well recognized entities in Crohn's disease. (1)(2)(3)(4)(5)(6)(7)(9)(10)(11), Gianr pseudopolyps measure more thaii 1.5cm in diameter and appear as solitary filling defects in the involved Segments (5).
