Giant Muscle Invasive Dermatofibroma Clinically Mimicking a Malignant Tumor

Abstract: Dermatofibromas are common benign fibrohistiocytic lesions, usually appearing as slow growing firm dermal nodules with a predilection for the extremities (mostly the lower legs).
