Giant Mediastinal Thymolipoma

Abstract: Timolipoma, anterior mediastenin nadir görülen lezyonudur ve tüm timus kaynaklı tümörlerin %2-9'unu oluşturur. Kırk beş yaşında kadın hasta nefes darlığı şikayeti nedeniyle kliniğimize başvurdu. Bilgisayarlı akciğer tomografisinde, sol hemitoraksın tamamınına yakınını dolduran, anteriordan sağ mediastene uzanan, yağ doku dansitesinde kitlesel lezyon izlendi.
