Giant Hemosiderotic Dermatofibroma

Abstract: Dermatofibroma (DF) is a relatively common benign fibrohistiocytic soft tissue tumor. It has a slightly greater incidence amongst females and typically presents itself during the midadult life as a slowly growing, firm dermal nodule, usually smaller than 2 cm in diameter, on the lower extremities.
