Giant Epidermoid Inclusion Cyst of the Clitoris Mimicking Clitoromegaly

Abstract: We describe a rare case of clitoromegaly due to a large clitoral cyst that occurred spontaneously without any declared previous female genital mutilation. The cyst was excised successfully with good cosmetic results.
