Giant Borderline Phyllodes Tumor With Malignant Presentation: A Case Report

Abstract: Phyllodes tumor (PT) is a rare benign tumor with malignant potential. There have been few case reports that have described this condition. We report the case of a 61-year-old woman with a "giant" borderline PT who underwent a modified radical left breast mastectomy with left axillary lymph node dissection, followed by chest wall reconstruction using serratus anterior and pectoralis major muscle flap coverage.
