Giant Anomalous Left Ventricular Band: An Echocardiographie Diagnosis

Abstract

Intraventricular structures, including false chordae tendinae, are not infrequently noted on echocardiograms. This report describes a patient found to have a giant, anomalous left ventricular band coursing through the cavity of the left ventricle, without any apparent clinical sequelae.
