Abstract: Abstract-Ghrelin is a growth hormone-releasing peptide secreted by the stomach with potent effects on appetite.Experimental and clinical studies indicate that ghrelin also influences cardiovascular regulation and metabolic function and mediates behavioral responses to stress.
