Abstract: Objectives: Surgical incision infections, along with urinary tract infections, are among the most common infective complications after kidney transplant. The aim of this retrospective study is to evaluate the incidence and predisposing factors of surgical incision infection development in renal transplant recipients. Further evaluation of these findings in a prospective study is needed to avoid potential bias.
