I~Die Frage nach der Indikation zur Un~erbrechung einer Schwangerschaft wegen Lungentuberkulose ist gMchbedeutend mit der Frage nach dem Einflug der Gravidit~t auf den Ablauf einer bestehenden (aktiven oder laten~en) Lmagen~uberkulose. Demgem~i~ ist auch das therapeutische Handeln des einzelnen Arztes yon der Antwor~ abh~ngig, die er auf diese Frage gibt.In groben Zfigen 1/~13~ sich verfolgen, dab man noch in der Mitre des vorigen Jahrhunderts vielfach yon einer Gravidit/it einen giinstigen EinfluB auf die Lungentuberkulose erwartete (Baumes, Collen, Rosier, Rokitvtnsky, Brehmer 1% Urn die J~hrhundertwende w andelte sich diese Auffassung und brachte ein aktiveres Vorgehen hinsichtlich der vorzei~igen Beendigung der Schwangersehaf~. --Im letzten Jahrzehnt, vor allem in den le~zten 5 Jahren, hat sich wiederum eine Wand[ung vollzogen in der Richtung nach mehr konservativem Verhalten gegeniiber der Schwangerschaft. Diese Wandlung ist nicht zuletzg auf die Erfolge der Kollapsbehandlung der Lungentuberkulose zurfickzuffihren, mad so linden wir den heutigen Standpunkt um so konservativer, je mehr die
Behandlung der Lungentuberkulose bei Schwangeren mit in den Kreis derErw/igungen gezogen wird.Bei der Vielgestaltigkeit der Lungentuberkulose kann es nicht wundernehmen, dab eine einhei~liche Stellung in dieser Frage auch heute noeh nicht erzielt ist. Diese Tatsache isg aul3er durch das mannigfache Bild des Ablaufs der Lungentuberkulose und der ungentigenden Beriicksichtigung der einzelnen Tuberkuloseformen bei VergMchen (Qualitgtsdiagnose!) mi~bedingg dutch den Umstand, dab der einzelne Arzb vexhiiltnism/igig wenig einschl/~gige Krankheitsf/~lle zu sehen bekommg. --1 Zit. nach Bandelier-RoeTke: ltandbueh der Tuberkulose, Bd. 2, S. 179.
