Gestión de la comunicación interna y externa en instituciones hospitalarias privadas en España durante la crisis del COVID-19.

Abstract: Este trabajo analiza las estrategias comunicativas que han empleado las instituciones hospitalarias privadas en España durante la crisis del COVID-19, así como las herramientas que han aplicado para alcanzar a sus públicos internos y externos. “…El presente estudio analiza los principales cambios y necesidades de adaptación traídos por la pandemia a la gestión comunicativa de hospitales públicos y privados en España.
