The present article investigates the possibilities of the consolidation of new forms of public administration, based in the beginning of the government and new of interaction between the society and the public power. Leaving of a theoretician-conceptual perspective if the interaction of these sectors observes the inherent phenomena having as focus the public administration and the evolution of the ways under which the public actors undertake the management of the public thing.
