Gestão Da Copa Do Mundo Da Fifa Brasil 2014™: Responsabilidades E Atribuições Dos Organizadores

Abstract

Os megaeventos esportivos têm sido estudados na Educação Física e nas Ciências do Esporte, porém, as contribuições científicas sobre cada um deles e sua forma de organização ainda são tímidas. Nesse sentido, o presente artigo objetivou analisar a gestão da Copa do Mundo FIFA 2014. Objetivos específicos: (i) Identificar e revelar as responsabilidades e atribuições dos organizadores; (ii) Compreender as responsabilidades e atribuições dos organizadores; (iii) Examinar as 11 garantias governamentais; (iv) Desenvolver um esquema representativo das atribuições e responsabilidades dos organizadores. Utilizou-se os métodos da pesquisa bibliográfica e documental. Os resultados demonstram que a gestão da Copa do Mundo da FIFA 2014, é resultado da interação entre três bases, são elas: FIFA com suas exigências; Comitê Organizador Local (COL) com as operações do evento; e Governo com a infraestrutura pactuada pelas garantias cedidas.
