Geriatric Helper: An mHealth Application to Support Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment

Abstract: The Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment (CGA) is a multidisciplinary diagnosis approach that considers several dimensions of fragility in older adults to develop an individualized plan to improve their overall health.
