Abstract: Les entreprises françaises sont de plus en plus confrontées à des revendications religieuses. Pour répondre à ce sujet sensible de la gestion des ressources humaines (GRH), elles s’interrogent aujourd’hui sur les manières de concevoir des outils de gestion de ces faits religieux.
