“…En concreto, el turismo se ha erigido en uno de los pilares de desarrollo de la sociedad actual lo que ha configurado espacios e intereses económicos que tienen un impacto directo, muy especialmente en territorios insulares (Apostoulopoulos & Gayle, 2002).
