“…The SSU, ITS1, 5.8S, ITS2, and LSU rRNA gene regions of Euduboscquella spp. were amplified using three overlapping primer pairs: EUKF1/1209R or EUKA/Eudu‐R and Eudu‐F/EUKB for SSU, 1662F/25R1 for ITS1, 5.8S, and ITS2, and D1R/D3B for LSU (Giovannoni et al, 1988; Handy et al, 2009; Jung et al, 2018; Kim & Park, 2014; Medlin et al, 1988; Nunn et al, 1996; Scholin et al, 1994).
