Abstract:Les discriminations sont légion dans l’accès des étranger·e·s à un titre de séjour, mais celles liées au genre semblent invisibles. Elles existent pourtant et relèvent tant de critères indirectement discriminants dans les textes juridiques que de stéréotypes de genre dans l’instruction des demandes. En fonction du statut visé, ces discriminations peuvent concerner l’un ou l’autre sexe, mais les femmes semblent bénéficier de titres plus précaires qui accentuent leur dépendance.
