Genotypic characterization of psittacid herpesvirus isolates from Brazil

Abstract: Thirty-six isolates of psittacid herpesvirus (PsHV), obtained from 12 different species of psittacids in Brazil, were genotypically characterized by restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) analysis and PCR amplification.
