Genomic testing in workplace wellness programmes provides personalised health information, but it also gives rise to substantial ethical and privacy issues among employees. This study examines the viewpoints of employees, uncovering a combination of positive and negative sentiments regarding the potential advantages in comparison to the hazards associated with data security. HRM techniques must effectively manage these problems by prioritising transparency and obtaining permission. Efficient incorporation of genomic testing necessitates unambiguous communication, ethical principles, and strong data security measures. The findings of this research emphasise the importance of developing customised HRM methods that promote acceptance and engagement, while still protecting employee privacy.
