Genome-Wide Profiling in Treatment-Naive Early Rheumatoid Arthritis Reveals DNA Methylome Changes in T and B Lymphocytes

Abstract: Aims. Although aberrant DNA methylation has been described in rheumatoid arthritis (RA), no studies have interrogated this epigenetic modification in early disease.
