Abstract:Toll-like receptor (TLR) is a cluster of type I transmembrane proteins that plays a role in innate immunity. Based on the marbled rockfish (Sebastiscus marmoratus) genome database, this study used bioinformatics methods to identify and analyze its TLR gene family members.
