Genome-Wide Identification, Characterization and Expression Analysis of Toll-like Receptors in Marbled Rockfish (Sebastiscus marmoratus)

Abstract: Toll-like receptor (TLR) is a cluster of type I transmembrane proteins that plays a role in innate immunity. Based on the marbled rockfish (Sebastiscus marmoratus) genome database, this study used bioinformatics methods to identify and analyze its TLR gene family members.
