Genome-wide identification and expression analysis of serine hydroxymethyltransferase (SHMT) gene family in tomato (Solanum lycopersicum)

Abstract: Serine hydroxymethyltransferase (SHMT) is one of the most important enzyme families in one-carbon metabolic pathway and photorespiration within plant cells.
