Genome-wide identification and characterization of Dof transcription factors in eggplant (Solanum melongenaL.)

Abstract: Eggplant (Solanum melongena L.) is an important vegetable cultivated in Asia, Africa and southern Europe and, following tomato and pepper, ranks as the third most important solanaceous vegetable crop.
