Abstract: Hypomethylating agents (HMAs) are frontline therapies effective at altering the natural course of Myelodysplastic Neoplasms (MDS) and Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). However, acquired resistance and treatment failure are hallmarks of HMA therapy.
