Genome-Wide Characterization and Expression Analysis of Transcription Factor Families in Desert Moss Syntrichia caninervis under Abiotic Stresses

Abstract: Transcription factor (TF) families play important roles in plant stress responses. S. caninervis is a new model moss for plant desiccation tolerance studies.
