Abstract: Improving the photosynthetic capacity could increase crop yields but is particularly challenging in C3 crops. Photosynthetic pigments are important for photosynthesis; however, their genetic basis at the seedling and flowering stages in peanuts (Arachis hypogaea L.) is unclear.
