Genome-Wide Analysis and Characterization of the Riemerella anatipestifer Putative T9SS Secretory Proteins with a Conserved C-Terminal Domain

Abstract: Riemerella anatipestifer T9SS plays an important role in bacterial virulence. We have previously reported nine R. anatipestifer T9SS-secreted proteins and clarified the function of the metallophosphoesterase.
