“…In the present work primer OPI19 which showed highest resolving power (37.1) was found to be most efficient with respect to A. racemosus. Comparing to this, genetic diversity analysis in 60 A. racemosus cultivars through RAPD revealed RP ranged from 0.8 to 25.17 (KUMAR et al, 2016).
